If you sell goods or services it is imperative that your terms are effective and if you have terms that they are part of the contract with your customer

• Review your terms for as little as £150 plus VAT
• Incorporate charging and interest clauses that may fully offset the cost of using our Debt Collection Service
• Ensure where appropriate that you have a valid retention of title clause
• To limit your risk and liability to customers and third parties
• To ensure that losses due to late delivery/and performance are avoided
